Otherwise you are correct.

If they do use the shelf reg for an equity raise, the math is pretty simple. The PPS has to take about a 20% haircut and probably more on the panic.

Even if the next ER is good, it does not change what will happen if they have to issue shares to raise $'s.

I don't think they see another way around the problem.
