He wants $4 to $10 before he is willing to sell his shares." and thats the line I was looking for, insiders have a bit more info than us with a 17 page document and no plans to sell any where near hear, just what most of the true longs have stated, this was not Power Up toxic BS financing, but true believers, excellent welcome ur new friend Kevin to the SOLI-inaires club, and buying in the open market also what a few of us have been stating, Hell if u spend $5k moving the ticker up a few pennies, well guess what 300,000 shares is $3k for every penny, not hard logic to see why true longs are willing to jump over each other raising the PPS for all SOLI CareClix SOLId

Ok, so the regulatory filing (10Q) that said they closed the notes in April (undefined date, but in April) was incorrect? Or the “no conversions for 6 months” in that same filing was incorrect? Seems odd they’d file incorrect information about toxic convertible notes, but I’m sure that guy is happy with 9 cents a share, more shares than he could get today.

Of course, this is a 2 cent stock at best.

As per the last 10Q issued by SOLI the notes don't mature until October 31, 2019. It would be IMPOSSIBLE for KEVIN to convert any notes issued from that private offering prior to October 31, 2019, yesterday.
