Starcrest and ERHC ARE NOT the same. If they have anything in common, it is Offor, but that does not mean they are connected in any way.

MX, I think your conclusions in that paragraph agree with what I posted.

At the minimum it would be a conflict of interest on the part of Offor.

Let's put it all into the category of unfounded speculation for the present.
