it seems that ERHE (represented by offor), in order to get starcrest, wants to issue shares to purchase starcrest (represented by offor and a few other partners). just because SEO owns both doesnt mean that ERHE owns it?! so im not quite getting your arguement. Its very circular but basically offor would be buying it partly from himself. also realize hes not 100% owner of Starcrest. therefore, he'd issue shares to the other owners of starcrest as well. it sure as hell better not happen. basically, erhe and starcrest are the same. why did starcrest get OPL 291 and now we have to dilute ERHE to death to get it???! a lawsuit would be welcomed
