And, of course if FUNN owns 0 US cafes - all those fake revenue numbers go poof...

Even if they own 1 US cafe - and all the other US cafes are privately held and wholly owned by Private Investors - all those fake revenue numbers go poof....

No FUNN received the OTC Stop Sign because of not filing their financials. It wasn't the other way around. Revenues and expenses need to be verified by audited financials which are not out. Two years of no financials is a long time. If FUNN's revenues are lower then project, expenses are higher, Net Losses have increased, and dilution has increased Roger's delays help to cushion the blow, Hopefully all is good but we just don't know.
