They are not (to my knowledge) running trials. In 2016, they filed aNDAs seeking approval to sell generic V for the approved indication at that time, namely "as an adjunct to diet to reduce triglyceride (“TG”) levels in adult patients with severe (≥500 mg/dL) hypertriglyceridemia." The filing of the aNDAs triggered the pending lawsuit.
