Yeah I'm aware, it wouldn't be 100M though. Even though, few great scenarios to consider if that takes place, that level of dilution waters down voting power under 50% for Nixon (unlikely) opening voting to all shareholders (extreamly rare in pennyland), could u imagine having real voting power with your shares and having a piece of a company that is set to franchise Nationwide with a great product and also be in the CBD industry at the same time (which truly CBD is a plus but not a must).
See I can't really say how bad the convertable could be. Too much unknowns, we haven't seen the revised/corrected 10q which is expected mid November. I will say this though, typically on a franchisee agreement we get an initial deposit from franchisee to get rights, just have a feeling more convertable would be covered then. Obviously above buildout expense.
I love this business concept for the price, where else would you get to own a stake in a quality functioning franchise Restaurant business with an under 300k valuation.
