The story is a nice one and the valuation when looking at current outstanding shares with is fine..BUT...have you ever invested in a company that has toxic debt and convertible loans at 50% below last 20 day trading average.

This is going to be a VICIOUS cycle. They are going to have to issue 50-100M+ more shares and unless they stop the toxic debt...any little pop is going to be sold quickly due to the amount of conversion that needs to take place.

This stock is soooo dead.
