MYDX never sued Peatross, but Peatross did file the counter-claim against Yazbeck and MYDX.

Excellent point.

And, remember, Peatross has already paid Jury Fees.

Unlike Yazbeck in the frivolous lawsuit filed in 2017.

He "demanded" a jury trial but never paid the fees.

How about that.
