Let's say an HIV retroviral eliminates detectable levels of HIV in the bloodstream at 4 weeks. Would the label suggest that the patient only take the drug for 4 weeks, despite HIV being a chronic condition?

A fifth grader could defeat that argument. If that's all the argument that the generics have, this case will get settled before the trial date, unless Amarin doesn't want to settle.
