Im not hoping that the "valuation" question is the case for Annual Report being late...... IR has stated it repeatedly!!!

Maybe the device won't work as they thought, then the "valuation" of the company is in the gutter..... but why issue restricted shares for a company that is in the gutter? Who would've accepted them?

We can't forget, restricted shares were issued the same day the extension was due for Annual Report to be filed (Oct 15th), why? why? why? To whom were the restricted shares issued?

These are my questions, and IR hasn't responded to my email asking to whom restricted shares were issued to... lol, kinda figured they wouldn't but I tried.
