#6472 RE: stockchase #6470

A few comments for you
1) Why would ABG agree to allow Invictus to issue shares instead of cash if ABG thought Invictus would be out of business. Couldn't they have forced a cash payment? They would demand immediate payment or place a judgement for money if they thought Invictus was not going to remain solvent

2) Same with Future Harvest but in the reverse. Why would Invictus agree to take a future payment from FH if they were so desperate for cash and didn't know if they would make it to next year? They would not allow any time for FH to pay, if cashflow issues were imminent

3) Why hasn't Invictus asked GTEC to pay back the $2M they owe us This one is a wild card Norton Singhavon was instrumental in the very early days of Invictus MD and was Dan Kriznic's right hand man setting up operators. Norton was instrumental in the AB labs deal for Dan. I am not sure why he split the scene and it seemed a possible play as a candidate to merge with especially if the Cannabis Cowboy stores went online to give Invictus MD a hand in the retail play here. Lets not forget Invictus still can convert GTEC loan payments into shares.. I have been trying turn the rock over on this for quite some time

4) Why doesn't Ripa pay the company back the $4M loan AB Labs has on the books. I think RIPA was paid $10M cash when Invictus bought AB 50% of AB Labs I don't have a thought here unless I was privy to numbers etc, which i'm not

5) Why doesn't Invictus force PODA to pay back the $2M they owe us or take back the rights to the vape device (although not sure what value that has at this point) PODA is MIA aside from keeping filings current, none of these guys will answer back and I have left Ryan Selby voice-mails to no avail..Have NO IDEA if they ever plan to launch the VAPE system, they were setting up logitically to do so several months back but nothing but Crickets at the moment. TO ANSWER, I dont belive PODDA can pay anything back unless they market and produce receipts imo

6) Why not merge with an equal company that shares the same values of cost reduction and growing quality product. See GTEC above but maybe there is a more scale driven consolidation going on that we are not aware of//Like I said makes no sense to streamline and set company course to profitability only to put the Gone Fishing sign up, makes NO SENSE as Invictus has major upside (with some good quarters) in terms of valuation

7) Why not tell shareholders that the partner for which they will supply 10000KG of product has received their import license. Seems pretty significant to me Have sent that question several times to them now as it is a tremendous upside accomplishment and needs narrative...Demecan is in the club

8) Why not update shareholders on Trichome. Either you are doing it or not If it had closed I would have expected an announcement already... this is what leads me to believe that some logistical maneuver or change is occuring thus the silence imho there is NO GOOD reason at this precarious share price for them to go underground and begin to lose face again with shareholders (at moment bagholders)
