Pure nonsense! MIKP is, and has been, on the grey market for years & years now. Exactly where the SEC put them as Enforcement Action (punishment) for Securities Fraud violations. Any 'No action' letter from the SEC years after suspension DOES NOT CLEAR THE PUNISHMENT from the original Securities Fraud violations

Mark has been tied to numerous P&D share-selling scheme tickers over the years.
