Yes, the $.08 calculation is ONLY for the Dividend if SOMA is trading at $3.50 Euros. Obviously eQBM would have other value beyond that. It appears Dalian would have shared ownership between SOMA and EQBM for starters I think, and also we still have the massive amount of shorted shares on EQBM that have to cover which if we understand the situation correctly holds the most value IMO. I have no idea of where the price could go if the shorts started covering in masse in a short period of time but SOMA might just smoke them out of their skunk holes in a hurry.

Larry had said previously that warrants will not be tradeable. I would like to see him change his mind. It is nice to have a quiet board again. Great work all.
