I think that WTL was only considering the Soma dividend in his .08 calculation. However, with Soma opening so high, I think this means that Larry's intentions are to give most of Dalian and other deals to SOMPF and not to EQBM. By doing this, Larry also has an easier time convincing EQBM shareholders to exercise their warrants since most of the value of the EQBM shares will be derived from the SOMPF shares and warrants will receive in the dividend. My hope is that the warrants are fully tradable as I'm not sure I want to buy a stock that I can't trade for four months.
