Since we, the common shareholders, have survived and we are the owner's of the estate, why shouldn't we get access to the books of the corporation? It doesn't make sense to me that it is JPMC that should be in possession of the corporate books.
Was just responding to Split's claim that his research showed that WAMU Bank; ie, WMB owned the real estate. Seems he/she doesn't know the difference between WMI (us) and WMB (jpm). If WMI did indeed hold the title to the real estate that the banks are located on, I am yet to see such a confirmation. Till then i'll have to assume that JPM acquired it from the FDIC in 2008.
