Yes, I am getting charged the same. There is a trade-off though. Fidelity is not charging any commission at all (buying & selling), just a few pennies for an activity fee when you sell. BUT-Fidelity will not let you buy stocks with stop signs (no filings/delinquent) and "skull & crossbones" stocks. Most of the big scam runners are stop sign stocks, lol-so you'll miss out on potential biggies trying to save $5 or $6 dollars.
