Awesome to see that there are deals to go after. It's been proven that BRKK bought the rights to the RefCam(s) and the actual hardware was never delivered. It's also proven that Chris took this technology and hardware and made a deal to partner with Tom to form Vicareo after he had sold the rights to BRKK. Chris's picture used to be right by Tom on the Vicareo website but has since been removed, gee I wonder why.
It is, yet again, proven that BRKK has won a judgement based on the above statements for $2.4 million dollars. It sure seems like Daniel has more than enough "proof" to do what he has stated he would do. Also seems like he's got a lot more to gain long term by persuing these companies that have been using stolen technology than diluting this company into the ground.
Still looking forward to seeing what happens because there are numerous signs that are pointing towards very large potential.
