There will be positive news coming from the Company, could be at any time keep your eyes open. IMO PAVC will work out fine for us who hold Restricted Shares.

What was the good news anyway? The fact they took it over $3 so 'certain entities/individuals' could sell, while not allowing retail folk to sell because they dont have their shares and it is now back to $1 with zero buying interest? I can see how that is 'good news for some', but how is that good news to ANY retail holder that does not have their shares??
Should your comment that good news will be coming anyday be filed away with all the other similar comments made by numerous people, that never materialized??
Sheez, is it a year yet<lol>?? Close anyway...! And folks are still posting and 'buying' the 'good news is coming anyday' B.S. people post.
How many times did the company tell people over the phone that they would be speaking up soon...expect PR's anyday....expect good news...everything is going great and we are anxious to tell people......and on and on and on and on......?? And have they actually done anything they said? Aside from lying?
The kicker on this...and I think many thought this was very scammy from the get go, while others really thought it was legit....But, when the company filed for the RS, didnt say a word about it and once discovered they LIED to MANY and said they filed for the split for strategic reasons and had no plans to actually do a RS....and then they spring it at like 3:45 in the afternoon, effective the very next day, TRAPPING most everybody to go thru the RS without them having much choice.......What amazes me is this is exactly what happened...company and it's actions were already 'suspect' prior to this obvious and blatant attempt to deceive shareholders.....and even knowing they were 'suspect' and then after seeing how they blatantly lied and pulled off this bogus RS, people still believe what the company says...or what posters who have promised great things are coming, says??
That is really what is shocking to me.....How many lies must one be told...or must one hear, before they stop believing the lies??
Frankly, I am really shocked that many still believe this is a legit and honest company after all this time and all that has happened and I am even more shocked that anybody with a large position has not already gone, with lawyer in tow, to the company......
best of luck to all.....I sincerly hate seeing honest people lose money and I feel very bad for those that have..the game isnt over yet though....possibly gains can be made, I dont know....I would imagine if you buy at $1 and they run it up to $3, that would be a nice % gain, but I for one would not attempt it....The reason is, I dont know if there is any buying....even trades at the ask or bid can be sales....what if you buy at $1, see the bid at $3 and you place your sell order and your shares dont sell? Bid could be at $3 and you place an order to sell at half that...$1.50 and the shares may still not sell......That is the kicker...Even I have watched the games and said 'money can be made'....buy low and then sell when they run it up so they can sell......But I have seen this way too many times....maybe there would be a buyer to take my shares, but very likely I could offer them for sale at less then 50% of the bid and they still may not sell.....So, that is why I have no played this 'angle'.....others may wish to try if they feel comfortable that they will bring the price back up and that there will be buyers willing to buy at $2 or $3.
