They bought the "servicing rights" for $1.9 Billion. The bricks and mortar and land are owned by Released Escrow Marker holders.

cura asada, As a mater of fact,the $1.8 B wouldn't have even bought the two operation Centers and the IT Property. WAMU had invested over $800 Million in just the one Patent. That's a fact.
