Why would they lie about it? That's a good question. Why would they lie about something that can so easily be fact-checked. And so far, the facts don't support it. They didn't spend more than $55K between April 2018 and June 2019, and possibly less than that.
And why would they lie on an 8-K? That would be another good question.
