It is probably hard to keep up with all the action on this stock, so I understand the confusion. Sharp announced that he was buying a stake in Starsona and planned on using stock to buy it.

Note: This is not dilution if the value of the investment is equal or greater to the value of the additional shares. I have a hunch that we will see a great value in Starsona.
