Adam has the nerve to contact CVM ?....If I were Geert I would take his call....then inform him that CVM is seeking counsel and considering a lawsuit against him for false and misleading statements after Multikine gets FDA approval ...then hang up the phone.

Thanks! This gives me even more confidence in Geert's letter to shareholders, I doubt very much that he would have said exactly what he did in his letter about consulting both in-house and experts outside of the firm. The CRO's should have and most probably would have consulted him about the drop outs. He said they did not. Additionally, the IDMC would have halted the trial had it been a problem. They did not. Although the technical picture has worsened, I think I have to set that aside for now with my main thought being that no Form 4s showing option grant exercise, no warrants exercised (and stock then sold). The CVM employees have had to do without a paycheck for quite some time and yet only one person has sold stock lately for what ever purpose, but still owns quite a lot of stock.

I am watching and waiting....and hoping.....not selling, not buying more at this point.

It's my understanding that Geert walked away from the investor because they wanted too much in return.
