Gavin told me that a hedge fund approached Geert about funding and not the other way around. Geert was not interested in working with them because he knows they short the stock. Shortly after Adam contacted CVM about trying to get private funding and then spins the story based on how it benefits him. Adam f gets paid by hedge funds to Write derogatory articles because the hedge funds make the money shorting the stock and essentially reward him for helping them. He has done this for years and his track record is not good specifically for biotechs trying to get a drug approved. Because the odds are against drugs getting approved then the odds are in his favor that he might be right. In this case he writes false information but gets away with it by saying he’s a journalist. Unfortunately the only thing we can do is wait for the final results and then hopefully he gets what he deserves. He certainly cannot be a happy person because he has no conscience.
