I’ve always had a real problem justifying that special scientific type presentation exclusion allowing scientific revelation of info prior to shareholders being made aware. I get it at one level, but by the time the facts become widely know, all types of convoluted comments will have made their way to the sellers or buyers by some magic and those of us holding for years become the disenfranchised.
Someone not scientific in nature, is sitting with their little fingers ready to type away a buy/sell message based on this newly revealed info.
