IMHO He wants to make a big splash with an acquisition. He likes acquisitions of disruptors with big TAMs. I've heard him say 2021 is going to be a big year for Intel. Intel is investing in their future right now. They don't want to get left behind. They know only the paranoid survive. That means Intel has to invest in radical new technologies that compliment their current portfolio but also address new disruptive markets. LWLG is in a sweet spot. Once in a blue moon.
