There are law firms that take on these sort of security fraud cases, there's one fishing on another ticker right now that I watch (posting history, starts with a "V"). They'll want a class-action because no matter how significant the funds were to you, they're going to expect a bigger payday.

I have no clue whether they actually pull these things off or whether they usually win or settle, and I expect they take a significant portion of the recoveries. If I had to guess, I'd bet that what any one person would recover wouldn't be worth the time spent interfacing with the lawyers and/or going to court. One thing's for sure, the SEC has done a lot of the ground work, so there's a decent chance of taking some of their money and putting it into the pockets of the lawyers.
