This is the link for the quote page for MIKP

https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/mike-the-pike-productions-inc-gm-MIKP/stock-price

If you divide the number of trades, 611, into the dollar volume, it works out to $5,000 per trade. Personally, I think that is significant. The total turnover was close to 600 million. And this is a more or less dead ticker, dead since 2012?

Did someone, or a maybe a pool, simply buy up most of the float?

Assuming FINRA has not reinstated any of the Grey Market stocks I'm thinkin' it is in the SEC's domain since they're the ones that are crystal clear in every Suspension Order that ALL suspended stocks must comply with rule 15c2-11 after the Suspension expires. FINRA has always posted reinstatement notices for Grey Market stocks being moved to the OTC, and none of the recently unsolicited, quoted stocks have been reinstated to the OTC by FINRA.

If OTC Markets are doin' this on their own it's possible that FINRA and the SEC may not be aware of the stocks skirting the 15c2-11 compliance....the blind, deaf, mute monkey syndrome.

Janice and Nodummy are the best shots at getting some answers. Personally I think Janice and Nodummy should have a red phone direct line to the SEC and FINRA....like a POTUS phone, but the acronym stands for Presiding Over The Unconscionable Stocks.
