What critics? I assume that FACTS aren't a criticism... can't be... FACTS are FACTS nothing else.

Facts are...

Yazie showed the marks sorry investors there were only 20.9 million shares of stock in June 2016 during the BS presentation...

A few months later (SEPT 2016) he increases the shares by 10 BIL plus 10 MIL in blank check trades...

AND THEN in DEC 2016, he issued himself 51 shares of Series A PREFERRED... we all see how that turned out..

and then the 300,000 in Series B Preferred...

WOW... what more can be said...

He was dishonest from the get-go.

Oh wait, did he tell those potential investors about the share increase he was planning... SURE he did... LMFAO.
