Looks good. Keep in mind, they have the $23M NOL carry AND drilling new wells comes with tremendous tax incentives already baked in. That makes me think they have a lot of taxable income from traditional wells - not shale fracking plays with the quickly diminishing oil output.

Still haven't found anything on Kansas. I looked up the other execs on the OCC site but did not find anything.
