Thetalus is in the process of collecting public information, specifically against the junior Fidelity Broker's recommending their clients naked short this stock.

Something I want to say about this. Some short attacks fail, and some succeed, causing the share price to drop 43% as in PRED's case.

I think I know how they do it. Publish a hit-piece. The contents is not important. As long as it is lengthy, includes pictures etc. Nobody is really going to read it.

But that is not enough!

In order to create a panic, you need at least 3 people shouting "fire" at the same time.

So what do these hedge fund scum do? They take the stock down the first 10% themselves. Right after the hit-piece is published. So that the crowd makes the conncection.... ah, the stock is down 10% because of the article.... when in fact it is not.

And still, the contents is irrelevant. But now you have your panic.....

THIS, is market manipulation. And, highly illegal.
That's how you get to the shorts, IMO. Not because they shorted. Not because they published a hit-piece. But because they manipulated the market. Again, highly illegal. And the SEC should be able to investigate.
