I toured the Predictive 615 Arapeen Dr facility with Eric Olsen. This is a real company, with real products.

I saw an ISO 7 facility, with ISO 5 labs. The nasdaq listing is on track.

I saw an estimated 25-30 employees busy at work at Predictive Biotech (one of the 4 sites). I would estimate 120 employees not including sales staff.

I was commissioned as a subject matter expert on FDA filings, launches, and pharmaceutical industry in behalf of Thetalus Capital LLC, a hedge fund based out of Los Angeles (Nevada LLC Document # 20190251769-02)

My recommendation for Thetalus Capital LLC was to increase position. Once their Nasdaq filing is complete this stock will rise to it's former highs. Deloitte has been instrumental for the last 4-6 months in this process

Thetalus is in the process of collecting public information, specifically against the junior Fidelity Broker's recommending their clients naked short this stock.

This complicated business is being navigated successfully by Eric Olsen, Kenneth Ward and co. A spirit of optimism is at hold in Suite 300 on Arapeen Dr, and I was told to pay close attention to the next 10K filings Fertility DX sales.

The stem cell pain management system is a real product. I witnessed Umbilical cord splicing by expert technicians (I interned for the University of Utah's Medical Testing ARUP lab in Clinical Toxicology 3 department under Chantry Clark, where we performed umblical cord slicing. These technicians weren't putting on a show, they knew what they were doing)

Most of the staff I met had an MS or higher, including MHA's, MD's, MBA's and MS's of various science disciplines.
