#9203 RE: BesaoT35 #9202

Could definitely be corruption. The purchase note specifically stated that the sellers could keep profits from the sale of stock but were required to return the shares in the case of a termination of the agreement. They were given $2.6m worth of stock and are returning the same shares now valued at $600k. The 150m shares were distributed to 9 different people which would have given them control of the float to then run the price up, dump and short, and buy back the shares to return at a much lower pps. Of course this is just speculation on my part. The letter to shareholders posted on October 16th claims DVLP terminated the agreement when the truth is Infusionz terminated the agreement with cause. The fact that they failed to make the $100k payment for 3 months after posting record sales of nearly $2 mil all while not paying salaries is concerning at the very least.
