No one ...i repeat...No one offered anything close to $35 per share on a buyout of PRED shares.....It would be criminal , not to mention, complete Gomer Pyle behavior, not to accept an offer even one third of that. In other words....i wouldnt want anyone who turns down an offer , when your stock is barely $1, living in the pink sheet stinky pinky bs world,,cant get on nasdaq...cant have a positive day in the market....nothing but sellers lining up the restroom stalls to shove their sh##t down the current shareholders throats......and mgmt turned down an offer and continues to run or ruin this Company...take your pick.....get freakin serious.
