I’ve only heard rumors, but from what I’ve heard, Thermo Fisher is not the only company that offered a staggering financial buyout refused by management.

We could get into an endless discussion on rumors and how incredible this company might be based on them, but we honestly only have to look at the facts here, and official press releases, to make an educated decision.
