Unfortunately, the writing has been on the wall all along.

Since I've been here (4yrs) , I've been waiting on the following:

- ACS
- ACS (McAfee)
- Home Shopping Network
- Lawsuit
- DSS
- Gov't/Ins.?
- BlockSafe

How long does a deal take? You can't expect a company to stay afloat while 'you' a channel partner work out the kinks? Doesn't make sense. I would never buy product from a OEM that may go out of business while I'm working out the kinks. Waste of money on both sides.

Nothing has really come to fruition. And by Fruition, anything that can keep the lights on. So sadly we are back to increasing the authorized shares (after BIG dilution recently) to pay for the lights and bloated salaries.

I REALLY want them to succeed and have a vested interest in that, but it's not going to happen with the current management/personnel. Just like sports teams, stay at the bottom until you get fresh new talent.

Did you read the whole report ? They were at greater loss qtr over qtr even with revs! Balance ! If they hav 5 million in revs and cost them 10 million to get there its a LOSS ! This is why pumping revs means nothing to any sensible investor ! Stop spreading nonsense now , youve all created aboard just for that already
