Todd- Agree this is the likely outcome. Amarin needs to be ready for an all out fight though if FDA rescinds R-I...which IMO is the worse case scenario. It would be nice to have the Europe sale done for two reasons 1) cash 2) Europe won’t jack around BP buyer, makes it tougher for FDA to jack around AMARIN pointing to Europe treatment.
