Looks like gcgx shareholders just took it in the ass. Pay who $3.5 million? I thought gcgx owned 100% of infused edibles??? Rescinded what agreement with LLC? Which Global is this about, just says Global in the PR... Global Consortium Inc (gcgx) or Global Consortium Group LLC (Dwyers privately held company). Ol' Con Man Dwyer puts out another twisted PR... as usual.
