Then why undergo the expense and effort of operating on two continents and in multiple jurisdictions if we cannot get the benefits but only the drawbacks. According to the speculation here, if we had not been over in Europe that destructive enrollment hold might never have happened (I still do not recall whether NWBO has confirmed the cause of the enrollment hold).
