Well, who ever is in charge, they need to put up a 2Q report at OTC Markets so shareholders will have a clue who's in and who's out. Maybe a pr explaining in better detail why they can't seem to get it done.
"Delay in receiving 3rd Party information" doesn't cut it when it's been so long overdue.
