A financial agreement is in place with F&T and SHMP but with the new developments in the F&T/Hydrenesis technology the lines are now blurred as to where SHMP fits into the revenue sharing picture.
In other words, F&T and Hydrenesis can go after SHMP’s potential clients and MAYBE throw SHMP a bone or two. Slippery Pete’s the playa and SHMP’s getting played.
