It is Nasdaq requirement, it is a fact to have shareholder meeting, in-fact that is one of their requirements, along with shareholder base, why do you think they are sending proxies to shareholders? So that when you go to the meeting that shareholder base will be sent out to Nasdaq, also they didn't mention of any reverse split, no raising the AS, they will likely go to Nasdaq as it is, just need to have this part of the requirement as well as shareholder equity that is why those 2-3 acquisitions are going to come in play, there is no need to dwell over this at all.
