BBANBOB, I listened to audio and as I remember:

1.) Rosen said everything closed except alice’s Appeal
2.) rosen said he would file “application,” by oct 31, requesting for hearing to close bankruptcy.
3.) judge Walrath said if he submitted it, she would scheduled it
4.) Rosen said he didn’t think Alice would hold up process

When I get home, I will double-check audio. I don’t believe rosen when he says Alice won’t hold him up. How can Walrath close bankruptcy with an open appeal? Doesn’t make sense but I hope he files and maybe Walrath can concur on everything else.

I do give a hoot, I was not stating as fact and I did not make statement it was in the court docs. It proves the point that she is still wanting her 3000 p’s but also an additional 3 million.
