Potential partners will no doubt consult this Maryland.gov website as well.
Typical BIEL...sloppy...they owe us an explanation.
Could be there is no fundamental problem...some fees which haven't been paid?

Fact is, AW was bad, (not going to go through the list again, you can check old post for that!). Get rid of AW and have a plan for succession, and then BIEL will be successful, 1st step is done, the 2nd is a wait and see, because AW did not put one in place!

And it's been a lot longer than 4 months!

This is always the mantra for a company that has no cash, and relies on debt financing and dilution to fund operations, this is nothing new at all!
