Yes, it says 35 Million twice, but it also references the 3B A/S about 4 separate times.

The way I'm reading it, expect about 35M shares to be outstanding shortly after the RS. Those will account for converted notes, as well as any Series X that they decide to dump.

The current OS will account for 1.75M shares of those 35M shares. Which, overall, sounds like the current stuck-holders are getting the shaft. Like, big time.

OK--I see it --

Upon the filing of the amendment to the Articles, the Company will have approximately 35,397,217 shares of Common Stock authorized and available for future issuances. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may seek an increase in authorized shares of Common Stock as and when considered appropriate by the Board.a

key word---future issuance----therefor they will prbably increase the AS at some future time if they need more stock--

This is just like buying a pre-owned home and getting it prepared for the new owner---a little remodeling here and some new furniture over there---

Happy you email company because the report doesn't really make sense to me. If you take the presumed o/s and divide by 2000, it doesn't equal those figures. It only equals those figures "if" it's a hint on a certain size of an r/s. They haven't filed a def14, so pre14 is plans or pre plans, def14 is definitive plans. The def14 will matter more and will be submitted as unchained plans unless an addendum is filed with state and SEC. but to try and make sense of current filling let's just do simple math. 3.5bil current o/s divided by presumed final o/s of 35mil = 100. That's a 1:100 r/s not 1:2000 r/s 3.5bil divided by 2000=1.75mil o/s. I think their CPA dropped the ball. But I'm new here and these are just personal assumptions. They are sec reporting so unless it's a grammatical error which it seems like it is, def14 or your response back from company might make this one really blow up nicely especially since the prior news on delivery of the 3D modules and the 10mil valuation. Winner here is a good possibility
