is there any reason, WHATSOVER, why in your initial post of a formal statement, a very formal statement by world leaders, that you FAILED to provide a date to the statement or a link?

is this really too much to ask?

So every time that you post something you want dozens of people that read the board to go out of their way and put in dozens of man hours in searching for the date of the article, when you could easily have done it in the initial post?
