pennystock all dilute some shares time to time. thats normaly and ok if he present good news next or fill filings next days. 60m shares not many. O/S 740M still very very small in triple zero land if he not dilute endless shares. but he don´t has dilute long long time. see no reason to think negative now. updated and filings next days would be great.
