Actually, the fact they do have those “resources” is part of the reason they DON’T invest early, but watch for financials.

They can move more quickly than a typical hobby trader. That means they get alerts as soon as documents are submitted or there is a status change. By waiting, they incur less risk and still get the majority of the reward.

I have connections to a major brokerage firm and they are watching. However, as stated, they won’t touch a non-current OTC stock. They won’t even allow their clients to invest because of the paperwork involved. Once filed, they will have all cheap shares wiped out in seconds.

Wall Street analysts can do DD without formal financial reports. They traditionally give out earnings estimates, prior to earnings reports.

That's a load of crap. OF course Wall Street is aware of the company, but they won't show any interest in Gifa until financials come out. They don't know any more than we do.
This isn't rocket science.
