#59145 RE: WinningNoMatterWhat #59103

We can't forget the "fake" central server and backup system that Gifa had installed in their new building. Systems like this are not "low budget" by any stretch of the meaning.

It's darn impressive.

Add in the most recent new due diligence we know now as of today and the past approx one week, and it's all coming together. All the puzzle pieces being put methodically in place.

BUT, one has to have real due diligence and not stockbullshit misinformation.

We know what we own - and it's almost show time.

What OTC company even owns a 4-story building, let alone a newly built state of the art one, let alone has the cash money and need (large number of employees) to run a central server based computer system with ethernet wired throughout the entire building?

And it's a 10 KVA UPS power back-up and conditioning system shown, with multiple redundant units - so that a pretty heft server rack they're running right there, as in a lot of computing horsepower.

They aren't running motors or anything so one can essentially assume a power factor close to 1, which means that's about 10K watts (10,000 watts) of power conditioning with there in that server room to run their central server system.

The Turkish TV produced segment on GIFX clearly showed everyone in the building working on host/client type workstations, again, exactly how the biggest of the big boys do it. 90% of the OTC crap in existence is lucky to be 3 or 4 dudes in a run down dump of a store front with a few broken down lap tops, and hopping on the local coffee shop free wi-fi, LOL!

GIFX runs a central computer system and enough work stations to easily be $100K or more in just computer equipment- let alone to the costs to wire a 4-story building for distributed ethernet, all switches and hubs necessary, etc. It's $250K in computer gear alone right there. And it's obviously built and was installed to service a high number of employees, as in a 100 or more easily, just by looking at the system.

And that Bosch air system- that is as state of the art modern and energy efficient as it gets also. It's a VRF system (variable refrigerant flow) just by looking at the way it's laid out with the condenser units being smaller and laid out in an array at ground level as shown in the photo. Rather than a couple of massive air handler on the rooftop which is old, old school.

For a warm climate such as Cyprus, that kind of air system allows them to have the building diced up into "zones" that they can heat, cool or shut down as needed, to maximize energy efficiency and set the comfort level to each zone independently as needed. The on-ground condenser units then only cycle on and off as needed, depending on how many zones are running, how much cooling power is needed, etc. It's cutting edge.

The building is obviously state of the art. Even the floor in the server room is the same fine marble as seen thought out the rest of the building - pretty impressive, don't think I've ever seen marble in the server room before, LOL!

And who paid for the building and now? GIFA Inc paid cash for it of course. It's no mystery and is well known.

And, if they got creative, they could do things like sell the building and then lease it back to themselves or all sorts of financing methods used by the most sophisticated, financially savvy companies in the world.

GIFX is a world class operation- that headquarters building alone makes this a $buck a share stock, it's just that simple and it will come to pass.

Look at that interior, it's world class. Fine hardwoods, marble and designer furniture and lots of glass- paid for by Gifa Inc of course. Nothing but REAL there, as real as it gets.

Steal reinforced concrete main super structure underneath and a glass panel facade decorative exterior - same as any modern, state of the art Vegas 4 or 5 star hotel built today uses as their primary construction methodology and design (I guess Kisa ripped off Vegas hotel architecture and building engineering techniques too LOL !) , the state of the art in modern construction for a warm climate.

$GIFX is top shelf all the way and has hard assets such as real estate, the proof is immutable. The building can be seen from Google earth, from outer space, via satellite, being built exactly when they said they built it and exactly where they said they built it- and even the GIFA INC letting on the side of the building can be seen via satellite.

Google satellites and Google earth can't be faked and do not lie. It's no more complicated than that. Let alone that we've had people who've been to that building- and it's as real as it gets and as spectacular in person as it looks in the photos. Yes. Facts.
