The only thing I can think of, you must be talking about the vplm E911 patent, you know, the one that alleges to be a lifesaver but has yet, to my knowledge, to have saved a single life, and as I read it from the patent language, it sounded to me like little more than a call back system, but our old friend, "Inya" (R. Inza) said otherwise (lying, imo).
